TVSR Dates & Fees 2026
IMPORTANT Scouts attending camp with their troop or crew will register and pay through their unit. Units will make a single payment to the camp. Scouts attending without their units, as part of our provisional program, may register and pay online.

See your Scoutmaster or Advisor to register to attend camp with your troop. New units looking to register for camp should contact the council service center to reserve a week.
Adult Leader Fees & Provo Discounts

Required unit leaders Free
2 Unit leaders are required to be in camp with the unit at all times. Units receive 2 free adults for up to 20 Scouts. Additional free adults are offered to units at a ratio of 1 adult for every 10 Scouts (or part thereof) beyond 20.

Additional Unit Leaders $200
Additional adults are welcome to attend camp with the unit for a nominal fee.

A-La-Carte Meals
$10Adults or visitors who are only spending part of the week in camp will be charged for meals for the time they are in camp.

Provisional Campers $595
Most Scouts attend camp with their home troop, but if your unit isn't attending during a specific week, Scouts can register as provisional campers. Provisional Scouts join our Provo unit, the Mohegans, where they’ll earn great merit badges, take part in all camp activities, and meet new friends.

Provisional Week 1 Special $495

Eagle Week Included with Week 5
Join with others on the trail to Eagle and work on completing Eagle-Required badges not usually offered at camp, and have fun doing it! This is an excellent opportunity to learn about the Eagle project process as well! Eagle Week is organized by the dedicated leaders from Troop 161, Sturbridge. Any Scout registered for Week 5 as Provo or with a Troop is invited to participate! Advanced sign-up is required.
Financial Aid
Families requiring assistance to pay for summer camp may apply for limited financial aid.

Safeguarding Youth Reminder
All persons over the age of 18 staying in camp must be registered members of Scouting America and complete Safeguarding Youth Training.
