- Popcorn funds ALL levels of local Scouting
- Popcorn supports youth development by teaching important life skills like goal setting, communication, financial management, and builds confidence.
- Popcorn provides a path to advancement. At least 35 Cub Scout and Scouts, BSA achievements, and merit badge requirements can be completed through participation in the popcorn sale.

August 6 (Thu) | First delivery to the warehouse from Trails End. |
August 7 (Fri) 12-2 PM | Product sorting by unit orders.+ |
August 8 (Sat) 8-10 AM | Units pick up products. |
Sept 13 (Sun) 11:59 PM | 2nd Show and sell orders due |
September 17 (Thu) | Second delivery to warehouse from Trails End. |
Sept 18 (Fri) 12-2 PM | Product sorting by unit orders.+ |
Sept 19 (Sat) 8-10 AM | Units pick up products. |
October 5 (Mon) | Return system opens (Up to 20% of first order/full case returns) |
October 21 (Wed) | Return system closes |
Oct 23 (Fri) 12-2 PM | Physical product returns |
Oct 24 (Sat) 8-10 AM | Physical product returns – last day |
Oct 25 (Sun) 11:59 PM | Final product orders due. |
November 5 (Thu) | Third delivery to warehouse from Trails End. |
Nov 6 (Fri) 12-2 PM | Product sorting by unit orders.+ |
Nov 7 (Sat) 8-10 AM | Units pick up products. Final payments for popcorn are due to the council. |
* Units that volunteer to help sort orders can take theirs on this day.
